Green Sintesis Nanopartikel Perak Dengan Bantuan Pereduksi Ekstrak Buah Sirsak (Annona Muricata Linn): Optimasi Proses Dan Karakterisasi
ABSTRACT
Silver nanoparticles have been synthesized based on Annona muricata fruit
extract. The synthesis process started by mixing the solution Annona muricata
fruit extract (50 g/L) and AgNO3 (0,01 M) with a volume variation of 10:30 (ml),
7:33 (ml) and 5:35 (ml) using a reduction method. The process optimization was
mixed the synthesis volume of the two solutions and characterization of silver
nanoparticles formed. The results of UV-Vis characteristics showed that synthesis
of silver nanoparticles at volume variation 10:30 (ml) was of optimum, and the
silver nanoparticles formed has an absorbance of Surface Plasmon Resonance
peak at a wavelength of about 427 nm. The results of X-Ray Diffraction spectrum
analysis show that the silver nanoparticles formed have an Face Center Cubic
crystal structure with a crystal size ranging from 50,59 to 62,5 nm, lattice
parameters of 0,412 nm, and the presence of Ag2O impurities. Scanning Electron
Microscope characterized evaluation shows that nanoparticles grains size was
between 19 nm to 53 nm with spherical morphology.
