Sintesis Dan Uji Toksisitas Senyawa 5-(4-Florofenil)-3-(2-Hidroksinaftalen-2-Il)-1-Fenil-4,5-Dihidro-1h-Pirazol
Pyrazoline is a five-ring heterocyclic compound which has two nitrogen atoms
close together in the ring and has only one endocyclic double bond. The aim of
this study was to synthesize the compound 5- (4-fluorophenyl) -3- (2- hydroxy
naphthalene-2-yl)-1-phenyl-4.5-dihydro-1H -pyrazole (PF-NH2-4F). The method
used in the synthesis of pyrazoline is the cyclization method with a closed vessel
reactor using a monowave, at a temperature of 80oC for 2 hours. This method is
more reactive, because the temperature, pressure, and temperature used are more
stable and constant than using the reflux stirring method. The target compound
was successfully synthesized with a weight of 0.1812 g which has a yield of
47.42%. The purity of the compound was determined using TLC test, melting
point measurement and HPLC analysis. The structure of the synthesized
compound was confirmed through spectroscopic analysis of UV-Vis, FTIR,
HRMS and NMR. The activity test of pyrazoline compounds determined by the
BSLT method obtained an LC50 value of 7.88 μg/mL, which was considered very
toxic because the toxicity activity had an LC50 value of
