Implementasi Kebijakan Riau The Homeland Of Melayu Dalam Pembangunan Kepariwisataan Di Provinsi Riau Tahun 2019

Malays are a tribe that exists in Riau and has become a big culture in the
land of Riau. This research is motivated by how the implementation of Riau The
Homeland of Melayu policy in Tourism Development in Riau Province in 2019.
The Riau Provincial Government makes Riau The Homeland of Melayu policy
which is based on Riau Provincial Regulations Number 9 of 2015 concerning
Preservation of Riau Malay Culture and Riau Governor Regulation No. 44 of
2018 concerning the Riau The Homeland of Melayu and Riau Greet the World.
Formulation of the problem in this study is how the implementation of Riau The
Homeland Of Melayu policy in tourism development in Riau Province in 2019
and whatever factors inhibiting the implementation of Riau The
Homeland Of Melayu policy in tourism development in Riau Province in 2019.
This study aims to determine the implementation of Riau The Homeland Of
Melayu policy in tourism development in Riau Province 2019. The method used
in this research is descriptive method with qualitative research type. The types of
research data are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this
study are documentation and Interview.
The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. The results of
the study indicate that the implementation of the Riau policy Homeland Of
Melayu in the development of tourism in Riau Province 2019 includes
Communication, Resources, Disposition and Bureaucratic Structure already
running but not optimal. As for the factors that hinder the implementation of Riau
The Homeland Of Melayu policy, including: lack of communication between the
government, the private sector and the community when creating programs
relating to Riau The Homeland Of Melayu, the program socialization are not
optimal and lack of budget, facilities, and infrastructure. The solution is, Riau
Provincial Government must fix and improve communication between agencies,
private sector and society. Also increasing the socialization of the program to be
more creative and modern adapting, increase the budget for supporting facilities
and infrastructure Riau The Homeland Of Melayu Policy 2019.
