Komunikasi Pemasaran Cv Maharani Mobil Pekanbaru Dalam Meningkatkan Penjualan
CV Maharani Mobil Pekanbaru is a used car showroom that was Started
in 2013. The owner of CV Maharani Mobil Pekanbaru is Mr.Rerendra, his
marketing manager Mr.Zainal Abidin, and 4 fixed marketing, then he is appointed
as a marketing freelance. In selling its car units, marketing doing marketing
activities by applying the concept of Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC).
By do interactive marketing, sales promotion and personal selling, making CV
Maharani Mobil Pekanbaru managed to survive in the business. The purpose of
this research is to find out ways of interactive marketing, forms of sales promotion
and forms of personal sales of CV Maharani Mobil Pekanbaru in increasing
sales.
This study used qualitative research methods. The research was conducted
at CV Maharani Mobil Pekanbaru. Addres showroom in Arifin Ahmad Street No.
14 Pekanbaru. The informants in this study returned 4 people taken based on
purposive techniques. The collection techniques in this study were through
observation, interviews, and documentation. To help the validity of the data,
researchers used an extension of participation and triangulation.
The results showed that in increasing sales, CV Maharani Mobil
Pekanbaru used three of the six elements of the IMC namely interactive
marketing, sales promotion, and personal sales. Interactive marketing using
social media facebook, instagram, OLX buying and selling sites. As sales
promotions conducted are end-of-year promotions, warehouse cleaning, Eid and
direct gifts. Personal sales made are face-to-face and via telephone or SMS and
WhatsApp applications. Overall, the IMC concept is well implemented. This can
be seen from the sale agreement.
