Rancang Bangun Alat Pengaman Pintu Brankas Berbasis Fingerprint Menggunakan Arduino Uno Dan Notifikasi Sms Menggunakan Gsm Sim 800l
Biometry technology using Fingerprint was developed for security because
it can fulfill two functions namely Identification and Verification. Identification is
comparing an individual's biometric sample with data recorded in a database.
Verification is the process of confirmation through physical character and
behavior.
The advantage of using Biometric Fingerprint is that the pattern of
biometric construction of one person with another is not the same, then its
uniqueness will be more assured. Biometric characteristics are also underlying
the storage of valuables with biometric-based such as safes that use fingerprint
patterns so that the level of security becomes more secure.
In the use of fingerprints, microcontrollers are needed to process the
identification results of the fingerprint. A microcontroller is a chip that serves as
an electronic circuit controller. Microcontrollers can also be used to preview a
tool function using modules that can send SMS to users. Modules are used various
types based on their usage functions, for example GSM SIM 800L which is used to
send SMS.
