Handling Covid-19 in order to face threats that endanger the national economy,
financial system stability provides a new instrument to minimize the impact of the
Civod-19 pandemic in the village ecenomy. North Lipatkain Village, Kampar Kiri
District, Kampar Regency receives Village Fund assistance by prioritizing the
Village Fund for the use of Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT-DD),
handling and prevention of Covid-19, and Village Cash Work Intensive (PKTD)
in the era of the pandemic Covid-19. This study aims to determine the
effectiveness of the use of village funds in handling Covid-19 in the North
Lipatkain Village, Kampar Kiri District, Kampar Regency and the inhibiting
factors of the use of Village Funds in handling Covid-19 in North Lipatkain
Village, Kampar Kiri District, Kampar Regency. This study uses the theory of
Makmur (2011: 7-9) in his book Effectiveness of Supervision Institutional
Policies with effectiveness indicators that can be seen from several aspects of
effectiveness criteria, namely timeliness, accuracy of cost calculations, accuracy
in determining goals and accuracy of targets. This study uses a qualitative method
with a descriptive approach, data collection techniques through observation,
interviews, and documents. The data analysis used was data reduction, data
presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study were that the use
of Village Funds in handling Covid-19 in North Lipatkain Village still had
obstacles, so that the use of Village Funds in handling Covid-19 with several
indicators was still categorized as ineffective.
