Acountability Performance is a type of office obligation regarding the achievement or
disappointment of completing the association's central goal to accomplish the
objectives und targets that have been set dependent on an occasional framework. Every
administration office is needed to set up a Government Agency Performance
Accountability System (SAKIP) report. In the use of execution responsibility, the
Pekanbaru City Transportation Office has expanded where in 2017 and 2018 it got
class C and in 2019 the Transportation Service got classification B. assessment of
SAKIP. Notwithstanding, despite the fact that there was an expansion in the
classification, the quantity of scores acquired by the Departmen of Transportation
Pekanbaru City was not too good for evaluating execution responsibility of good
government organizations. This investigation means to dissect the exhibition
responsibility of Pekanbaru City Transportation Agency and the repressing variables
of the presentation responsibility of the Pekanbaru City Transportation Agency. This
research was by qualitatif methodology with analysis descriptive.The result is showed
that the Department of Transportation was responsible in doing exercises and projects
as per the essential arrangement of the Departmen of Transportation Pekanbaru City,
while the restraining factors were HR identified with organization and absence of
divulgence of data identified with execution.
