PKH implementation is better or not. This research aims to: (1) To determine the
Effectiveness of the Implementation of Family Hope Program (PKH) Activities in
Bangko District in 2018 and (2) To find out what are the factors that become
obstacles in the Effectiveness of the Implementation of the Family Hope Program
(PKH) in Bangko Tahun District 2018. The theory used in this research is the
theory of effectiveness according to Cambell JP. Measurement of effectiveness is
program success, target success, satisfaction with the program, levels of input and
output and achievement of overall goals. Data collection techniques used in this
study were interviews and documentation. This research was conducted at the
Social Service of Rokan Hilir Regency.
The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the Family Hope
Program (PKH) in reducing poverty in Bangko District, which began in 2014
until now, aims to alleviate poverty, one of which is that in Bangko District it has
not been implemented effectively. The ineffectiveness of this program is due to the
fact that it is still not right on target in determining / determining PKH
participants. In addition, the ineffective allocation of PKH funds by participants
makes PKH incompatible with the objectives of the PKH program, so that PKH
has not been able to reduce / alleviate existing poverty.
