Pengaruh Abu Janjang Kelapa Sawit Dan Pupuk N, P, K Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Tanaman Terung (Solanum Melongena L.) Di Medium Gambut
ABSTRACT
The research aims to determine the impact of interaction along with the
best dosage between oil palm empty bunch ash and N, P, K fertilizer in increasing
growth and yield of red Eggplant, The research was conducted at Experimental
Garden of Agriculture Faculty, University of Riau, from December 2018 to March
2019. This research is a factorial experiment was arranged using Completely
Randomized Design (CRD). The first factor was dosage of oil palm empty bunch
ash that consist of 3 levels : 4500 kg.ha-1, 7000 kg.ha-1 dan 9500 kg.ha-1. The
second factor was dosage of N, P, K Fertilizer that consist of 4 levels : without (N,
P2O5, KCl), (N : 33 kg.ha-1, P2O5 : 27 kg.ha-1, KCl : 26 kg.ha-1), (N : 65 kg.ha-1,
P2O5 : 54 kg.ha-1, KCl : 53 kg.ha-1), (N : 98 kg.ha-1, P2O5 : 81 kg.ha-1, KCl :
79 kg.ha-1). Observation result data were analyzed using analysis of variance and
continued with the BNJ test at the 5% level. The observed parameters were plant
height, main stem diameter, number of primary branches, days of flowering, first
days of harvesting, number of fruits per plant, fruit weight per plant, fruit diameter
and weight per fruit. The interaction of giving oil palm empty bunch ash and N, P,
K fertilizer, no significantly affected on all observed parameters. The giving of
AJKS significantly affected main stem diameter, number of primary branches,
days of flowering, number of fruits per plant, fruit weight per plant and fruit
diameter. The giving of N, P, K fertilizer significantly affected plant height, main
stem diameter, number of fruits per plant, fruit weight per plant, fruit diameter and
weight per fruit. The combination treatment oil palm empty bunch ash
4500 kg.ha-1 and N, P, K fertilizer 98:81:79 kg.ha-1 is better on growth and yield
of eggplant.
