Pengaruh Biourin Kambing Pada Pertumbuhan Stek Jeruk Lemon (Citrus Limon L.)

ABSTRACT
This study aims to increase the growth of lemon cuttings by giving goat bio urine. This research was
conducted at experimental field of the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Riau. This research was
carried out experimentally which was arranged in the form of an experiment with a completely
randomized design. The treatment of this research was goat bio urine concentration control,
concentration 200 ml.l-1 water, concentration 400 ml.l-1 water, concentration 600 ml.l-1 water. The
Observation parameters consisted of shoot emergence time, shoot length, number of shoots, number of
leaves, number of roots, root length, growth percentage. The significant effect of treatment on variance
in this study, followed by a further test of Honest Significant Difference (BNJ) at 5% level. The results
showed that the application of Bio urine had an effect on the number of shoots, the number of leaves,
and the number of roots of lemon stem cuttings. The application of Biourin for lemon cuttings has not
been able to give an effect on the time of shoot emergence, shoot length, root length, growth
percentage.
