Pengaruh Inokulasi Bakteri Pelarut Fosfat Paenibacillus Sp. Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Produksi Tanaman Kedelai (Glycine Max (L) Merril).
ABSTRACT
This study were aims to test the ability of Paenibacillus sp. bacteria. with
different concentrations and look for best concentrations of phosphate solubilizing
microbes (PSM) Paenibacillus sp. to growth and production of soybean crops in
ultisol soil. The method used in this study was a complete randomized design
(CRD) with five treatments and three replays. The treatment used is PSM
Paenibacillus sp. concentrations of B0 (0 mL), B2 (20 mL), B3 (40 mL), B4 (60
mL) and B4 (80 mL). The data was analyzed statistically with variance, using
SPSS version 25, then followed by duncan's new multiple range test (DNMRT) at
5%. The observed parameters are soluble phosphate, plant height, total of leaves,
flowering age, total of pods per plant, percentage of pithy pods, total of seeds per
pod and weight of 100 seeds. The results showed that the application of PSM
Paenibacillus sp. in soybean plants have a noticeable effect on flowering age,
percentage of hot pods, total of seeds per pod and weight of 100 seeds. Granting
PSM Paenibacillus sp. unreal effect on the height of the plant, the total of leaves,
the total of crop pods and soluble phosphates. Best concentration Paenibacillus
sp. tend to exert the same influence on concentrations of 20-80 mL.
Keywords: soybeans, PSM, ultisol, Paenibacillus sp., soluble phosphate
