Pengaruh Kompetensi Dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Teknisi Indihome Pt.Wilayah Telkom Riau Daratan
Competence is a fundamental characteristic possessed by a person that directly affects good
performance, competence is needed to solve ideas, good work standards, and the ability to
create optimal performance. In addition to the competence of factors that affect employee
performance, namely compensation. With the compensation given to employees, employees
will have an internal drive to improve performance and work more optimally. The purpose of
this study was to see the effect of competence on the performance of employees of Tenaga
Teknisi Indihome PT.Wilayah Telkom Riau Daratan, the effect of compensation on the
performance ofTenaga Teknisi Indihome PT.Wilayah Telkom Riau Daratan, and the effect of
competence and compensation on the performance of Tenaga Teknisi Indihome PT.Wilayah
Telkom Riau Daratan. Themethod used in this study is a quantitative method with a survey
approach. The analysis technique used is Validity Test Analysis, Reliability Test, t Test, F
Test, and Coefficient of Determination. The total population in this study was 373 and the
sample was 79 using the Slovin formula. The results of this study are (1) Competence has a
significant effect on performance, (2) Compensation has a significant effect on performance,
(3) Competence and Compensation have a significant effect on Performance.
