Efektivitas Pelayanan Sistem Cerdas Layanan Perizinan Terpadu (Sicantik) Di Kabupaten Kampar
The One-Stop Integrated Investment and Service Office in Kampar Regency
implements electronic-based services using the Smart Integrated Licensing Service
for the Public (SICANTIK) application. The SICANTIK application is a web-based
application designed to handle the licensing and non-licensing processes, from the
application stage to the issuance of documents, which is integrated for business
licensing and other services carried out online at the Kampar Regency DPMPTSP. In
order to create an effective licensing service, a service process that is fast, easy,
inexpensive, and uncomplicated is needed. This study examines the effectiveness of
the application of SICANTIK application at the Investment Office and One Stop
Integrated Services in Kampar Regency, and the inhibiting factors for the
effectiveness of SICANTIK services in Kampar Regency. This research is descriptive
using qualitative methods. Informants were selected using purposive sampling
method. The results of the research that the researcher got, namely the
implementation of online licensing services using the SICANTIK application, there
are still factors that become obstacles that cause the service to be ineffective.
