Gaya Bahasa Dalam Novel Sabtu Bersama Bapak Karya Adhitya Mulya

The purpose of this research is to describe the language style contained in the novel on Saturday Bersama Bapak by Adithya Mulya. The problems that will be explored in this research are: What are the language styles used in the novel Saturday Bersama Bapak by Adhitya Mulya? The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. The data used in this study are words, sentences, discourse related to the language style contained in the Novel Saturday with Bapak by Adhitya Mulya. The source of the data used was the 280 pages thick novel Saturday with Bapak by Adhitya Muly which was published by Gagas Media in 2014. The data collection technique was carried out by using the library and note taking technique. The data analysis technique used the equivalent method. The results of this study are the language styles found in the novel, among other things 1). Contradictions are hyperbole, litotes, oxymoron, silepsis, satire, climax. 2). The linkages are Alusi, Antonomasia and 3). The repetition is Anaphora.
