This research was motivated by problems in inputting and verifying the priority proposals for the results of the sub-district Conference Planning And Development through the e-planning application. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of Conference Planning And Development and the inhibiting factors in making the implementation of Conference Planning And Development effective through the E-Planning application at the Dumai City District Office. Qualitative research method is a process research, namely researchers are directly involved in the process of activities that are the object of research.
The results of this study are that there are five categories of effectiveness from the implementation of the Conference Planning And Development through the E-Planning application, namely Production, efficiency, satisfaction, adaptability, and development which explains that the Conference Planning And Development through the E-Planning application runs effectively so that e-Planning can facilitate the planning process. and regional development.
The inhibiting factors of Conference Planning And Development through this E-Planning Application are re-inputting proposals for Conference Planning And Development data that were not accommodated in the previous year (n-1), Network (servers) and time limited by application locks, and less active participation from stakeholders and organizations Relevant Regional Apparatus (OPD) at the Conference Planning And Development at the Area and Distric level.
