Musyawarah Perencanaan Pembangunan (Musrenbang) Di Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai Tahun 2019

Musrenbang is an open multi-stakeholder forum that jointly identifies and determines
community development policy priorities. This activity serves as a process of negotiation,
reconciliation, and harmonization of differences between government and non-government
stakeholders, as well as reaching a common consensus on the priorities of development
activities. As for the formulation of the problem in this research, namely: how is the
Development Planning Deliberation (MUSRENBANG) in Marpoyan Damai District in 2019.
As for the purpose of writing this thesis, namely: To find out the Development
Planning Deliberation (MUSRENBANG) in Marpoyan Damai District in 2019. This research
is a qualitative research. This research was conducted at the Marpoyan Damai District Office.
The techniques used to collect data in this research are (1) Interview, (2) Observation, and
(3) Document tracing.
The conclusion of this study shows that the role of Marpoyan Damai District in the
Development Planning Deliberation (MUSRENBANG) has not been able to show effective
results to the community, which can be seen from the indicators of supervision, participation,
transparency, efficiency and effectiveness. The role of the District cannot be separated from
the effects caused by the impression or perception when the community is in direct contact,
the authors suggest that Marpoyan Damai District can carry out its mandate and role in
carrying out a better and more qualified Development Planning Consultation
(MUSRENBANG) to the community.
