Pengaruh Penambahan Boster Premix Aquavita Dengan Dosis Berbeda Dalam Pakan Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Kelulushidupan Ikan Bawal Air Tawar (Colossoma Macropomum)
ABSTRACT
This research aims to obtain the best dose of boster premix aquavita added
in feed to increase growth and survival rate of Colossoma macropomum with a
recirculation system. This research was using an experimental method by
Completely Random Design (CRD), one factor with five treatments and three
replications. The treatment levels used were P0 (without boster premix aquavita),
P1 (boster premix aquavita 2 g/kg of feed), P2 (boster premix aquavita 3 g/kg of
feed), P3 (boster premix aquavita 4 g/kg of feed), and P4 (boster premix aquavita 5
g/kg of feed). The results showed that the addition of boster premix aquavita with
different doses in feed with a recirculation system had a significant effect on
absolute weight growth, absolute length growth, specific growth rate, feed
conversion ratio, feed digestibility, and protein digestibility, but had no
significantly affect the survival rate of Colossoma macropomum. The best
treatment was P2 (boster premix aquavita 3 g/kg of feed) with absolute weight
growth 37.85 g, absolute length growth 6.07 cm, specific growth rate 4.95%/day,
survival rate 100%, feed conversion ratio 0.77, feed digestibility 80.62%, and
protein digestibility 91.50%.
