Analisis Miskonsepsi Peserta Didik Menggunakan Tes Diagnostik Multiple Choice Four-Tier Pada Pokok Bahasan Ikatan Kimia Untuk Kelas X MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Pangkalan Kerinci
Chemistry is an abstract conceptual understanding and algorithmic understanding. This study aims to find out the concepts that are misconceptions and the percentage of misconceptions in students chemical bonding material. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Analysis misconceptions are carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Pangkalan Kerinci, using a four-tier multiple choice diagnostic test instrument . This research uses descriptive analysis method with quantitative approach. Sample dal in this study amounted to 71 people. Based on the results identification of misconceptions experienced by students, at SMA Negeri 1 Pangkalan Kerinci identified misconceptions, namely, the concept of Ionic Bonds by 40,14%, Covalent Compounds is 46,48%, Covalent Coordinasi is 28,87%, molecular Polarity is 52,12%, and metal bond is 28,87%,. The results showed that misconceptions occur in all concepts in the chemical bonding material an average percentage of 42,50% which is in the medium category.
