Analysis of Inhibiting Factors of Online Learning in Children aged 5-6 Years at El Shaddai Mulia Kindergarten, Pekanbaru City. Early childhood education is a very fundamental educational vehicle in providing a basic framework for the formation and development of the basic knowledge, attitudes and skills in children. In line with that, the family has a role as a model for children. This role makes parents responsible for the physical and mental development of children. In the family, children begin to be introduced to religious teachings, as well as society. All children's activities from behavior and language can not be separated from the attention and guidance of parents. The forms of parenting parents greatly affect the personality of children after they become adults. Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) was first detected in the city of Wuhan, China, namely the Huanan Seafood market to be precise. Where found 50 cases of respiratory infection (Pneumonia). This happens because the disease is transmitted by people who consume animals sold in the market. But day by day many similar cases are found but do not consume food in the Huanan market. According to data on June 24, 2020, the number of people infected with Covid-19 in the world was recorded to have increased to 9,273,773 (CSSE Jhons Hopkins University, 2020). Online learning is the implementation of online learning classes to reach a massive and broad target group, so that online learning can be held anywhere and attended for free or paid (Bilfaqih & Qomarudin, 2015). In addition, online learning utilizes the internet network in the learning process and provides effective learning methods such as practicing with feedback, combining collaborative activities with independent learning, personalizing learning based on children's needs using simulations and games. The rapid rate of spread of COVID-19 in Indonesia has prompted the government to issue this online learning policy to break the chain of spreading the virus. So that all activities are carried out from home such as worship, work and study or commonly referred to as work from home. In the world of education, the COVID-19 outbreak has changed the pattern of learning that should be done face-to-face
to distance learning or what is known as online learning. Based on these problems, the goal to be achieved in this study is to see the results of the analysis of factors inhibiting online learning in El Shaddai Mulia Kindergarten, Pekanbaru City. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that the inhibiting factor for online learning in children aged 5-6 years El Shaddai Mulia Pekanbaru City based on the highest percentage is limited internet or network quota with a percentage of 68.23%, then continued with less conducive home conditions with the percentage of 65.98%, then the lack of interaction between teachers and students with a percentage of 65.00%, and the last is the unavailability of online learning media with a percentage of 62.35%. Limited quotas or networks are the main factors hindering online learning because the network is a liaison between students and teachers during learning.
