Hubungan Dukungan Keluarga Dan Peran Tenaga Kesehatan Dengan Kepatuhan Kontrol Ke Pelayanan Kesehatan Pada Lansia Penderita Hipertensi Selama Pandemi Covid-19
Hypertension is a state of increasing blood pressure above normal
more than 140/90 mmHg. Elderly hypertension requires long-term treatment and
the success may be affected by control compliance. Family support and the role of
health workers are important for the elderly in carrying out their treatment. This
study aims to find out The relationship between family support and the role of
health workers with control compliance to health services for hypertension of the
ederly during the Covid-19 pandemic. Methods: This research design use a
descriptive correlation with a Cross Sectional approach. The sample used 67
respondents in the working area of the Rejosari Public Health Center, which taken
based on inclusion criteria use a purposive sampling technique. The measuring
instrument used a questionnaire of control compliance, family support and the role
of health workers which have been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis
used is bivariate analysis using chi-square test. Results: Results: The results of
this study discover that the majority of the elderly with hypertension are in the
range of 60-74 years (83.6%), male (55.2%), the last education is high school
(38.9%), not working (80.6%), ethnic Malay ( 31,3%), suffering from
hypertension 5 years (55.2%), systolic blood pressure in the mild category
(34.3%) and diastolic blood pressure in the normal category (52.2%). The results
of the bivariate statistical test between family support and control compliance
obtained a P value (0.002) or
