Hubungan Pengetahuan Dan Persepsi Dengan Perilaku Keluarga Dalam Menerapkan 5m Selama Pandemi Covid-19
Wearing a mask, maintaining distance, staying away from crowds,
washing hands, and reducing mobility (5M) are a package of health protocols in the
community that are used to prevent transmission of Covid-19, especially at the
family level. Family behavior in implementing 5M can be influenced by family
knowledge and perception about 5M implementation. This study aims to see the
relationship between knowledge and perception with family behavior in
implementing 5M during the Covid-19 pandemic. Method: This research used
descriptive correlational research design and a cross sectional approach. The
research sample was 100 respondents who were taken based on inclusion criteria
using stratified random sampling technique and used chi square test. Results: The
results showed that the majority of families had good knowledge about 5M (55%),
good perception about 5M (76%), and very good behavior about 5M (58%). The
results of statistic test between knowledge and behavior of applying 5M obtained p
value (0.000) < alpha (0.05) and the results of statistic test of perception with
behavior of applying 5M obtained p value (0.000) < alpha (0.05). Conclusion:
Knowledge and perception have a significant relationship with family behavior in
implementing 5M.
