Pengaruh Pelatihan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Kreativitas Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Pt Telkom Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the effect of job training on employee performance
with creativity as an intervening variable at PT Telkom Pekanbaru. the independent
variable is job training (X) and the intermediate variable is creativity (Z).
Meanwhile, the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). This study uses a
questionnaire with a measurement scale using a Likert scale. The analytical
technique used is sem and pls analysis. Data analysis using linear regression analysis
with the help of software Smartpls 3.2.6 The population in this study were 75
employees of PT Telkom Pekanbaru. From the results of the tests conducted, it
shows that job training has a positive and significant effect on employee
performance, job training has a positive and significant effect on creativity,
creativity has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and job
training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with
creativity as an intervening variable.
