Pemberian Nutrisi Aditif Pupuk Npk Dan Air Kelapa Terhadap Hasil Jamur Tiram Putih (Pleurotus Ostreatus)
ABSTRACT
A supply of nutrients is required for the growth and development of the
white oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus). The use of NPK fertilizer attempts
to improve the source of media nutrients, resulting in higher quantity and quality
results. Growth regulators can help oyster mushroom mycelium grow for a longer
period of time. Hormones that support growth rates are found in growth
regulators. Coconut water is a natural growth regulator that can be used as an
alternative. From September 2019 to January 2020, the study was conducted in
the oyster mushroom house at Swakarya Street, Pekanbaru, using a completely
randomized design with two factors and three replications. The first factor is NPK
fertilizer, which is available in four different levels (0, 7.5, 10, and 12.5) g for
each baglog. The second factor is coconut water, which comes in four different
concentrations (0, 3, 6, and 9) ml for each baglog. The following parameters were
observed mycelium growth pace, pinhead emergence speed, harvest age, number
of fruit bodies, fresh fruit body weight, fruit cap diameter, fruit stalk length, and
biological efficiency, further test using DNMRT level 5%. The addition of 10 g of
NPK fertilizer and 6 ml of coconut water for each baglog was found to be an
effective dose for observing the number of fruit bodies, fresh fruit body weight,
fruit cap diameter, fruit stalk length, and biological efficiency.
