Implementasi Peraturan Gubernur Nomor 37 Tahun 2017 Mengenai Pemberdayaan Bujang Dan Dara Provinsi Riau Tahun 2018

Riau Province has tourism potential, therefore it is necessary to empower
Bujang and Dara of Riau Province to help promote tourism in Riau Province. Bujang
and Dara Riau Province can be creative, innovative, confident, experienced and selfidentified
tour guide figures in promoting culture and play an active role in promoting
a tour such as tourism events or activities, and so on.
The aim of this study. to find out the implementation, inhibiting and
supporting factors for the implementation of the Governor of Riau Regulation
Number 37 of 2017 concerning the Empowerment of Bujang and Dara of Riau
Province in 2018. This research is a study that uses a descriptive qualitative
methodology.
The results of this study are the implementation of Riau Governor
Regulation Number 37 of 2017 concerning the Empowerment of Bujang and Dara of
Riau Province in 2018 in the form of: a) communication carried out using POSE
(Paid media, Owned media, Social media, and Endorser), b) resources, who act as
implementors are the Riau Province Tourism Office and Bujang Dara Riau Province
who work together in carrying out tourism promotion activities in areas in Riau
Province, c) disposition or attitude, which must be possessed by the implementor is
honesty and high commitment, d) bureaucratic structure, the Riau Province Tourism
Office has a clear and uncomplicated bureaucratic structure so that the Bujang Dara
empowerment program in Riau Province can be implemented. The inhibiting factors
for the implementation of the Riau Governor's Regulation Number 37 of 2017 are the
lack of human resources with educational background and experience in the tourism
sector, limited budget availability and limited infrastructure to support tourism
promotion activities. The supporting factors are good cooperation and coordination
between the Riau Province Tourism Office and Bujang Dara Riau Province, and the
tourism potential of Riau Province.
