Perancangan Trade Center Tanggap Pandemi Covid-19 Dengan Penerapan Prinsip Arsitektur Eco-Tech

ABSTRACT
From the period of 2019 the world experienced a pandemic due to the
covid-19 virus tapering to Indonesia.Indonesia has been greatly impacted by the
growth of the COVID-19 virus. One of them isPekanbaru city. Pekanbaru City is
a city that has been identified as a red zone for a long period of time so long that
it causes the culture to shift. For example, like we used to be easy to shaking
hands so that communicating can be more comfortable is now shifting to social
distancing with elements of health protocols. Human behavior is now changing
due to the virus pandemic this covid-19. Like in the market where people used to
be easy to shop, touch or direct and face-to-face contact. One of the efforts to
realize trade and service activities that need to be developed by designing a Trade
Center . A trade center is a business center trade that provides trade facilities and
services by bringing together business agents who involved in trade and is
expected to trigger economic development in the service area. To meet the needs
of a Trade center that is safe and comfortable for the environment, the
implementation of Eco-tech architecture that has environmentally sound
technology. Trade Plan This COVID-19 pandemic response center focuses on
designs that use eco-tech principles, Government regulations and policies also
contribute to the design of buildings.
