Pengaruh Pengawasan Kepala Sekolah Dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Guru Pada Sekolah Dasar Se Kecamatan Simpang Kanan Kabupaten Rokan Hilir
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of principal supervision and compensation on the performance of elementary school teachers in Simpang Kanan District, Rokan Hilir Regency. This study uses a survey method with correlational techniques. The population in this study were elementary school teachers in Simpang Kanan District, Rokan Hilir Regency, totaling 115 teachers. Data processing using SPSS version 20 software. The statistical technique used to determine the effect between these variables is the product moment correlation statistical technique. The data collection technique for the teacher performance variable is done with documentation, while for the supervision and compensation variable it is through a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed that based on the results of Fcount = 19,091 > Ftable = 3,08, with a significance level of 0.05, then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted which explained that there was a significant effect between principal supervision (X1) and competence (X2) simultaneously. affect teacher performance (Y). Thus, partially the principal's supervision, compensation has no significant positive effect on teacher performance and simultaneously principal's supervision, compensation has a significant positive effect on teacher performance. The implications of the results of this study will be directed to efforts to improve principal supervision and compensation.
