Analisis Kandungan Mikroplastik Pada Ikan Nila (Oreochromis Niloticus) Dan Ikan Barau (Hampala Macrolepidota), Di Waduk Plta Koto Panjang Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the content of microplastics in Tilapia
(Oreochromis niloticus) and Barau Fish (Hampala macrolepidota) in Koto
Panjang Reservoir, Kampar Regency, Riau. The method used in this research is a
survey method. Data collection consists of primary data and secondary data where
primary data is in the form of data obtained from observations of samples that
have been analyzed in the laboratory. The materials used in this study were
samples of the intestines and stomach of tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) and
Barau fish (Hampala macrolepidota), ice cubes, aquades and 20% KOH solution,
and the tool used in this study was a 48MP camera mobile phone type Samsung
A50s. , multitester/DO meter, secchi disk, modified current drogue, stopwatch,
and cool box. The results showed that there were three types of microplastic found
in the PLTA Koto Panjang reservoir in tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) and
kebarau (Hampala macrolepidota), namely fiber, film and fragments. The type of
microplastic that dominates is the type of film on the stomach of the Barau fish
(Hampala macrolepidota).
