This study talks about strengthening local BUMDes institutions. Seeing that
the Taiba Smart BUMDes Institution, Tarai Bangun Village, Tambang District,
Kampar Regency which has obstacles in This study talks about strengthening
local BUMDes institutions. Seeing that the Taiba Smart BUMDes Institution,
Tarai Bangun Village, Tambang District, Kampar Regency which has obstacles in
strengthening its institutions such as the type of business run by BUMDes is still
limited, weak institutional capabilities in the field of BUMDes administrative
management, limited physical facilities and infrastructure to support the success
of BUMDes, and lack of knowledge community about BUMDes microfinance.
This study aims to determine how the strengthening of Taiba Smart Village
Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Tarai Bangun Village, Tambang District,
Kampar Regency and the factors that influence it. This study uses a qualitative
research method. The results showed that the Institutional Strengthening of
Enterprises Owned by Taiba Smart Village in Tarai Bangun Village, Tambang
District, Kampar Regency was not optimal, this was due to limited capital in the
BUMDes institution and the lack of human resources for managing it.
