Aplikasi Formulasi Pupuk Hayati Konsorsium Bakteri Selulolitik Ditambah Berbagai Jenis Bahan Organik Padat Pada Tanaman Kedelai (Glycine Max (L.) Merrii)
ABSTRACT
Soybean is significant commodity in food supplier. The low of soybean
production in Indonesia is reducing of fertile land resources. One the effort to
increase the productivity of land is fertilizing, one of give the Biofertilizer.
Microorganism that is functioned as Bioactivator Biofertilizer formulation is
cellulolytic consortium bacteria with waste of solid organic. This research held in
UPT trial farm and land laboratory Agrotechnology Department, Agriculture
Faculty, and University of Riau, started September 2019 up to January 2020 used
the whole random of plan, consist of 6 combination and 3 examination.
Combination is consist of without biofertilizer formulation, 100 ml inoculant
consortium +25% dolomit + 75% dregs, 100 ml inoculant concortium + 25%
dolomit + 75% straw rice, 100 ml inoculant concortium + 25% dolomit + 75%
solid, 100 ml inoculant consortium + 25% dolomit + 75% peat, 100 ml inoculant
consortium + 25% dolomit + 75% rice husk. The identify parameter is high plant,
the nomine harvest, the number of plant pod, the number pithy of a plant,
percentage pithy pod, the number a plant of dry seed, the weight of a seed plant,
dry weight of 100 seeds, the effective of percentage root nodule. Next trial is held
with Duncan about 5%. The result of this research shows that application 100 ml
inoculant consortium + 25 % dolomit + 75% solid gave the best result of
observation high plant, and number pod of a plant
