Pendapat Masyarakat Terhadap Implementasi Kampung Pelita Medika Sebagai Program Pembelajaran Berbasis Komunitas
Kampung Pelita Medika is an implementation of FK Unri in implementing
community-based learning. In addition to aiming to hone students' medical skills
based on local conditions, this program was created to build partnerships with the
community in order to provide health services that meet their needs. This study
aimed to find out the opinions of the people in the three assisted villages during the
KPM FK Unri Program. This was qualitative research with a phenomenological
approach. The results showed that the opinion of the village community was that
before becoming a doctor, students needed to go down to the community, they were
willing to be involved and the environment of the village was appropriate for this
program. The community felt diverse benefits in the health sector from the KPM
Program and no obstacles were encountered during the interaction with students,
and the community felt comfortable and close to the students as well. There were
suggestions from the community regarding improvements for the program, such as
increasing the frequency and duration of the service provided by the students and
adding various activities that would be beneficial for the community, such as health
counseling and general health. This research proved that the community achieved
a good experience while being involved in the KPM FK Unri Program.
