Pola Tatalaksana Farmakoterapi Dan Non-Farmakoterapi Pada Pasien Covid-19 Di Rsud Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau Tahun 2020
Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2
virus. The treatment given to COVID-19 patients is in the form of giving vitamins, antivirals,
antibiotics, antimalarials, anticoagulants, comorbid disease drugs and other drugs used
according to the indications and the degree of the patient's symptoms. This study aims to
determine whether the management of pharmacotherapy and non-pharmacotherapy in COVID-
19 patients at the Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province in 2020 is in accordance with the
COVID-19 Management Guidelines Edition 1 and Edition 2. The design of this study was a
retrospective descriptive conducted in November-December 2021, the data obtained is
secondary data by looking for medical records of COVID-19 patients being treated. The results
showed that the drug classes were very suitable, namely antivirals, antibiotics, anticoagulants,
comorbid drugs, and non-pharmacotherapeutic treatments. The appropriate class of drugs is
vitamins, and other drugs used. It was concluded that the pharmacotherapy and nonpharmacotherapy
treatments given to COVID-19 patients at the Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau
Province for the March-December 2020 period were very in accordance with the COVID-19
Management Guidelines Edition 1 and Edition 2.
