Pengaruh Motivasi Belajar Terhadap Kesiapan Belajar Online Mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Fkip Universitas Riau
This study aims to determine the effect of learning motivation on online learning readiness in students of Economics Education FKIP Riau University. The population in this study were students of Economics Education FKIP Riau University class of 2017-2020 with a total of 344 students. The sample of this research is 78 students who took part in online learning. The sampling technique used proportional random sampling. The method of data collection in this study is to use a questionnaire. This questionnaire was used to obtain research data on learning motivation and online learning readiness. The assistance was distributed through google form media and the data collected was then tabulated and analyzed using simple linear regression. The results showed that the variable of learning motivation had a positive and significant effect on online learning readiness for students of Economics Education FKIP Riau University by obtaining a regression coefficient (X) of learning motivation of 0.698. This shows that learning motivation affects learning readiness by 0.698, meaning that if the value of the variable (X) of learning motivation increases by one (1) unit, then the value of the variable (Y) of online learning readiness will increase by 0.698 and vice versa. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination test, information is obtained that the value of the relationship (R) is 0.643 and from the output obtained the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.414. This means that the contribution of learning motivation to online learning readiness is 41.4%, the remaining 58.6% comes from other variables.
