Pengaruh Kinerja Guru Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas XI Pada Mata Pelajaran Sejarah Berbasis Daring Di SMA Negeri 5 Pekanbaru
Pekanbaru State High School is one of the public high schools located in
Pekanbaru Riau city which was founded in 1983. This study aims (1) to determine
teacher performance in online-based subjects (2) to determine the effect of teacher
performance on student learning outcomes in online subjects. online-based history
lessons at SMA Negeri 5 Pekanbaru In this study, the independent variable was
teacher performance (X) and the dependent variable was student learning outcomes
(Y). The research approach used in this research is quantitative research with survey
method, using simple linear regression analysis. The subjects of this study were
students of class XI IPS SMA Negeri 5 Pekanbaru.
The results obtained show, from the classical percentage that is equal to 87.66%.
Learning outcomes in the history subject of class XI IPS students at SMA Negeri 5
Pekanbaru for the 2021/2022 academic year, from student learning outcomes, not all
student scores are included in the complete category. The criterion for the degree of
coefficient relationship is 0.520, meaning that the professional competence of
teachers has a moderate relationship because of the Pearson correlation value of 0.41-
0.70. The higher the professional competence of the history teacher, the higher the
learning outcomes of class XI IPS students at SMA Negeri 5 Pekanbaru. Based on
simple linear regression analysis, it is known that the regression coefficient is positive
with the regression equation Y= 42,416 + 0.361X, meaning that students' perceptions
of teacher professional competence (X) have a positive effect on learning outcomes
(Y). The significant value is 0.000 0.05, so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected,
which means that "There is an Effect of Teacher Performance (X) on Student
Learning Outcomes (Y)". The value of R Square is 0.270, meaning that the
contribution of the teacher's performance perception variable (X) to the student
learning outcome variable (Y) is 27.0%.
