Implikatur Percakapan Dalam Film Pendek Tilik Karya Ravacana Films
This study aims to describe the types of conversational implicatures and the
functions of conversational implicatures contained in the short film Tilik by
Ravacana Films. This research is a qualitative research. This research is a
language research in pragmatics with a focus on conversational implicature
research in the short film Tilik by Ravacana Films. The conversational implicatures
studied were conventional and unconventional types of conversational implicatures
in the short film Tilik by Ravacana Films. The research method used in this research
is descriptive research. The data in this study are in the form of utterances
contained in conversations between characters that contain implicatures. The data
in this study were obtained by means of documentation and note-taking techniques.
After the data is collected, it is then classified based on its type and function. After
the data is classified by type and function, conclusions will be drawn from the
research results. Checking the validity of the research data is carried out with
diligence in observing.
The results of this study indicate that the implicatures contained in the short
film Tilik by Ravacana Films are as follows: the types of conversational
implicatures found in the short film Tilik by Ravacana Films found two types,
namely 1) conventional conversational implicatures and 2) non-conventional
conversational implicatures. There are 22 conversational implicature functions in
the short film Tilik by Ravacana Films, namely the implicature functions to state,
provide information, confirm, convince, speculate, ask, advise, suggest, warn,
prohibit, refuse, order, accuse, insinuate, blame, threaten, thanking, thanking and
apologizing, criticizing, mocking, promising and finally imposing punishment.
