Manajemen Bandwidth Menggunakan Queue Tree Untuk Aplikasi Zoom Dan Youtube

ABSTRACT
Technological advances on the internet are growing. One of the internet service
provider companies, namely PT. Globalriau Data Solusi. The internet services that
are most often used by customers are the Zoom Video Conference Application and
the Youtube Video Streaming Application. Based on the results of a survey that has
been conducted Application, namely customers who experience bad video quality
such as video regelates, screen sharing failure. On the number of customers who use
the Youtube Video Streaming Application, namely the occurrence of buffering due to
the internet network. Therefore, bandwidth management required is needed that
aims to manage and control bandwidth customers so that bandwidth usage can be
evenly distributed using the Queue Tree Method on Mikrotik. Queue Tree method is
a method that can share bandwidth with by marking the service of the package used
by the customer. In this research, a comparative analysis was carried out from
existing conditions and conditions using the Queue Tree Method was carried out
based on the Quality of Service (QoS) parameter testing including Bandwidth,
Throughput, Delay, Packet Loss and Jitter. The results of this test indicate that by
using the Queue Tree Method, received a better network quality is obtained than the
existing network conditions (Simple Queue Method), this is because of the bandwidth
usage which is distributed evenly to each customers.
