Pengembangan E-Module Interaktif Berbasis Pendekatan Savi (Somatic, Auditory, Visual, Intellectual) Pada Materi Ikatan Kimia Kelas X SMA/MA Sederajat
Chemistry is often considered a difficult subject, because most chemical concepts
are abstract and complex. So it requires a deep understanding to study it. To be able
to understand and learn these abstract and complex concepts, teaching materials are
needed that are in accordance with the learning styles of students to understand
learning materials as well as technological developments and times. This study aimed
to develop an interactive e-module based on the SAVI approach (Somatic, Auditory,
Visual, Inttelectual) by using articulate storyline 3 on chemical bonding material that
is worthy of being used as a learning resources. The research method utilized in this
study was Research and Development (R&D) by using ADDIE model. This study was
divided into five phases: (a) analysis phase; (b) design phase; (c) development phase;
(d) implementation phase; and (e) evaluation phase. The data instrument collection
were a validation sheet that is given to material and media expert and user response
sheet to chemistry teachers and students of senior high school focusing science class.
The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis. The result of this
study showed that the percentage score obtained from material and media experts
gained 96,96% with very valid categories. The result of trials for chemistry teachers
and students each obtained an average percentage score of 92,22% and 95,96% with
very good categories. This implies that this interactive e-module product is
appropriate to be used in learning activities.
