Perbandingan Qos Untuk Mendukung Performa Dalam Penggunaan E-Learning

ABSTRACT
During the current pandemic, the education sector uses E-Learning as an online
learning medium. Some well-known e-learning are Google Classroom, SEVIMA
EdLink, and Edmodo as non-face-to-face E-Learning. Google Meet, and Zoom as
remote face-to-face E-Learning. Because E-Learning is an online learning medium, a
test is carried out with calculations using QoS parameters to see its performance and
quality. testing is done on the wireshark application to see packet throughput, packet
loss, delay and jitter using the THYPON standard. Measurements are made when
uploading assignments or subject matter and carried out by 12 clients to get the best
network quality, the thoughtput measurement results must be more than 100 bps,
packet loss must be 0%, delay must be less than 150ms, and jitter must be 0 ms in
packets. with index category 4. after testing, the best results were obtained by Google
Classroom with the highest index of 4 in each measurement except for the delay
results because index 4 on delay was obtained by Edmodo. Meanwhile, for face-toface
E-Learning, Zoom is superior to Zoom where Zoom has an index of 4 more, it
can be concluded from testing on 12 clients that E-learning Google Classroom and
Zoom have very good network quality with an index of 4 on the TYPHON standard.
