This research is an innovation in the development of teaching materials that adapt 21st century learning, namely focusing on the implementation of the development of science and technology so that it integrates science-technology-based learning to improve the quality of individual competencies in accordance with the 2013 curriculum. The goal is to produce an integrated STEM acid-base e-module. valid and to find out the user's response to the integrated STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) e-module. The form of research is Research and Development with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). The object of the research is the integrated acid-base e-module STEM 3D pageflip Professional. The research instruments were validation sheets and user response questionnaires. Validation is carried out by the validator team with reference to the feasibility aspects of content, language, presentation, STEM and graphics. The trial was conducted on four high schools in Pekanbaru. The results of the research data analysis, namely the percentage of aspects of the feasibility of content, language, presentation, STEM are 95%; 98% ; 88.33% ; 93.75% and obtained an average of 93.77% with a very valid category. While the percentage of graphic aspects and software utilization are 92.72%, respectively; 95.56% and obtained an average of 94.14% with a very valid category. Then the percentage of the teacher's response questionnaire is 97.5% and 86% of students with very good response criteria. The research results from the development of an integrated acid-base STEM e-module with 3D Pageflip Professional show that the e-module developed is feasible and valid to increase the involvement of students' active roles, especially to train students' scientific attitudes, interests and motivation.
