This study examines the human right to receive lerarning for children with special needs during the Covid-19 pandemic at SLB Pelita Hati Jln Merpati Sakti Tampan Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research is to find out the human right to get learning for children with special needs at SLB Pelita Hati Jln Merpati Sakti Tampan Pekanbaru. The method of study implementation is descriptive by a uncoming qualitative, systems in data collecting using by interviewied 3 subjects, namely core informants 1, core informants 2 an control informants accompanied by documentation. The results showed that human right to receive learning for Chidren with Special Needs during the Covid-19 pandemic at SLB Pelita Hati Jln Merpati Sakti Tampan Pekanbaru went very well, seen from a high sense of defense and respect, but there was still a lack of respect.
