The results and research findings of the level of Service Quality of Posyandu Orchid Lila Cadres in Labuh Timur Village, Payung Sekaki District, Pekanbaru City by indicators between them ocular proof, pledge, responsio, guanrantee, and empathetic are quite high and some service quality must be improved.
