This study aims to describe the influence of personality and integrity on the creativity of teachers at the State Elementary School, Balai Jaya District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The background of the problem in this research is the phenomenon that occurs in the State Elementary School, Balai Jaya District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The results of observations and interviews show that there are some teachers who do not have high creativity in the learning process. This can be seen from the overall data from the principal, teachers do not yet have fluent thinking skills such as being able to generate ideas, create and generate and find ideas at unexpected (spontaneous) and flexible times such as teachers being able to generate ideas, answers or questions that varies. Then, the teacher's ability to think rationally is still low, there are still teachers who do not have the ability to elaborate, including the ability to explore knowledge about something, compile reports or writings related to the presentation of learning outcomes. And still found the low ability of teachers to assess and evaluate. The problems that occur in the teacher above must find a way out to complete his duties as a teacher. The population in this study were teachers in the Balai Jaya District, Rokan Hilir Regency, totaling 190 teachers. Sampling in this study was carried out using simple random sampling technique so that a sample of 129 teachers was obtained. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. The questionnaire (questionnaire) was conducted by providing responses to the questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale. While the documentation technique is used to collect additional data such as data on names and the number of teachers. Analysis of the data used is descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. After conducting research and data analysis, it was found that there was a significant influence between personality variables (X1) and integrity (X2) on teacher creativity (Y) at the State Elementary School, Balai Jaya District, Rokan Hilir Regency, which was shown between personality variables (X1) on teacher creativity (Y). ) with a regression coefficient of 0.257; sig.
