Profil Korban Penganiayaan Tanpa Manifestasi Jejas Pada Permukaan Tubuh Yang Diperiksa Di Rs Bhayangkara Pekanbaru Periode 2015-2020
Persecution is all unlawful acts committed by someone that harm
or cause pain to the human body. Victims of abuse generally come with
minor injuries, such as bruises. The absence of bruises during
examination cannot confirm that there was no blunt force on the victim.
Bruises are wounds located below the epidermis that arise due to
rupture of blood vessels due to mechanical force from a blunt object,
which causes tearing of the subcutaneous tissue or dermis resulting in
extravasation of blood out of the blood vessels and collects under the
tissue without loss of tissue continuity and damage to the overlying skin.
Blood coming out of the veins will produce various visible color
changes. There are several factors that can affect the appearance of
bruises, namely strength/pressure, tissue type and condition, age, skin
color, and disease and medications. These factors may also predispose
to delayed bruising. This study aims to determine the profile of victims
of abuse cases without any surface injuries at Bhayangkara Hospital
Pekanbaru by looking at the 2015-2020 VeR. Based on the results of
research conducted at the Bhayangkara Hospital, it was found that the
number of victims of abuse without the appearance of injuries on the
body surface for the 2015-2020 period was 341 cases.
