Pengujian Model Persamaan Sigmoidal Chapman Pada Kesetimbangan Adsorpsi Ion Pb(Ii) Pada Hidroksiapatit
ABSTRACT
The lead (Pb) is one heavy metal that is extremely harmful to human health and is a
metal element that cannot be dissolved by natural processes. Adsorption is a
technology for separating dissolved metal ions ini liquid waste which is easy to
handle and very effective. One type of adsorben that has potential and is being
developed is hydroxyapatite (Hap). The purpose of this study was to determine the
equilibrium model and the effect of adsorption temperature and adsorbent mass ini
the adsorption process using hydroxyapatite. This study use the sigmoidal chapman
model. The result of this research is that the correlation factor value (R2) which is
close to number 1 is at a temperature 0f 30 , which is 0,9566 and the greatest
adsorption capacity is at a temperature of 50 , which is 0,3569 (mg/g).
