Pengaruh Konsep Diri Terhadap Komunikasi Interpersonal Perangkat Desa Pada Saat Bekerja Di Kampung Maredan Barat Kecamatan Tualang Kabupaten Siak

The self-concept possessed by a person will affect interpersonal
communication so that interpersonal communication becomes more effective and can
also become less effective. Someone who has a positive self-concept will be easy to
interact with his environment so that person has an open attitude within himself.
Communication is a tool used by humans to interact with other humans, human life
will not be fulfilled if there is no communication, because our fellow humans
definitely need each other, with that the importance of communication to build
interactions with other people. While interpersonal communication is also related to
study human behavior.
This research was conducted to determine the Significant Positive Effect of
Self-Concept on Interpersonal Communication on Village Apparatus. The method
used in this study is a quantitative method. Data collection is done through
documentation, observation and questionnaires. This type of research is ex-post
facto. The results showed that there was a significant influence between the variables
Self-Concept (X) on Interpersonal Communication (Y) Village officials when working
in Maredan Barat Village, Tualang District, Siak Regency, which had a large effect
of 30.8%, there was still 69.2% determined by other factors that were not part of this
study.
