Hasil Tangkapan Yang Didaratkan Nelayan Di Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera Kutaraja Kota Banda Aceh Selama Pandemi Covid-19
ABSTRACT
In the last few decades the consumption of marine fish has increased very high.
The increase in fondness for eating fish caused the demand for capture fishery
production in 2016 to reach 6,580,191 tons. (Ansori, 2018). The various
restrictions imposed by the government during the PSBB period, whether they
affect the production of fishermen or not, are not known for certain when
compared to production before the COVID-19 pandemic occurred at PPS
Kutaraja. This study aims to compare the catches obtained by fishermen at PPS
Kutaraja before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. While the benefits obtained
from this research are that it can provide information about the catches of
fishermen obtained before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The objects
observed in this study were the catches of fishermen from the Kutaraja Ocean
and the response of fishermen to their catch during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The data collected are primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained
by conducting direct observations at the researcher's location and interviews
with respondents from the catch. While secondary data obtained from the field
were interviews with the port office and fishermen.
