Pengaruh Pemberian Probiotik Dengan Dosis Berbeda Pada Media Pemeliharaan Terhadap Pertumbuhan Ikan Patin (Pangasius Hypophthalmus) Dengan Sistem Resirkulasi Akuaponik
ABSTRACK
The objective of study was to determine the effect of addition of probiotics with
different dosage in maintenance media on the growth of pangasius catfish
(Pangasius hypohpthalmus) with aquaponic recirculation system. This research
was conducted from November – December 2020 at the Faculty of Fisheries and
Marine, University of Riau. The container used is a bucket with a diameter of 60
cm and a height of 45 cm as many as 15 units with a stocking density of 50 fish /
liter. This study used a one-factor completely randomized design (CRD) method
with five treatment levels and three replications. The level of treatment applied in
the study was P0 = without the addition of probiotics (Control), P1 = addition of
probiotics at a dose of 0,15 mL/L of water, P2 = addition of probiotics at a dose of
0,25 mL/L of water, P3 = addition of probiotics with a dose of 0,35 mL/L of water
and P4 = addition of probiotics at a dose of 0,45 mL/L of water. The best
treatment was found in the addition of probiotics at a dose of 0,45 mL/L of water
which absolute growth weight 10,50 grams, absolute growth length 9,58 cm,
specific growth rate 2,84%, feed conversion 1.38%, and survival rate 94.67%.
