Pengaruh Orientasi Kewirausahaan Terhadap Kinerja Umkm Kue Di Kota Pekanbaru

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of cake SMEs in Pekanbaru City. The research sample was 60 cake SME owners in Pekanbaru City which were taken using simple random sampling technique. The research data was collected using a questionnaire obtained directly from the respondents. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression. The results of the study found that entrepreneurial orientation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSME cakes in Pekanbaru City. This shows that the entrepreneurial orientation owned by MSME owners has an impact on the performance of their MSMEs. The higher the entrepreneurial orientation, the higher the performance of MSMEs. The value of R square is 0,111. This shows that the contribution of entrepneurial orientation to the performance of MSMEs is 11,1%, while the remaining 88,9% is determined by other factors not examined in this study such as market orientation, product innovation, creativity and competitive advantage.
