This research is motivated by a lack of parental knowledge to create a pleasant and not boring atmosphere for children, lack of
parental knowledge about how to make children feel pressured by sudden changes in circumstances, lack of parental knowledge
about risk perceptions and fears in children, lack of parental knowledge. in educating children about the perception of failure.
Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of Smart Parenting Media on Parents' Knowledge of 5-6 Years Old Children's
Resilience. This research is a quantitative research with experimental research type. The population of this study was 30 parents
and the sample used was 30 parents who have children aged 5-6 years at Pembina Kindergarten, Tempuling District, Indragiri
Hilir Regency. The data collection technique used is through a true false objective test. The results showed that there was an
influence from the use of smart parenting media on parents' knowledge about children's resilience, this can be seen in the results
of scores and percentages from pretest to posttest. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of using smart parenting media
on parents' knowledge about the resilience of children aged 5-6 years.
