Profil Kasus Korban Hidup Akibat Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga Yang Diperiksa Di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Pekanbaru Provinsi Riau Periode 2015-2019

Domestic violence is an action of someone done mostly to women that caused
physical, psychological, and sexual suffering or misery. It can also in the form of
domestic neglect and including threats of coercion and independence deprivation
against the law of the household environment by PKDRT Law No. 23 of 2004 Article
1. The descriptive retrospective method was used as the research design to data of
Visum et Repertum (VeR) of living victims at Bhayangkara Hospital Pekanbaru Riau
period of 2015-2019. The total number of cases of domestic violence in this study is
680 cases. The gender that experienced domestic violence the most is women (86.8%).
with age range mostly between 26-35 years old (37.1%). The majority of profession of
the victim examined is housewife (56.3%). The type of injury mostly found on the victim
of domestic violence is contusion (80.9%). The location of injury of domestic violence
mostly happens to the head area (64.4%). The type of violence that is commonly
experienced by victims is blunt force violence (99.7%) with the injury degree is mostly
on the level of mild degree (84.3%). The police with the most request of the Visum et
Repertum of domestic violence comes from Pekanbaru (93.3%) with the sub-districts
in Pekanbaru with the most request of VeR of domestic violence comes from Bukit Raya
(47.1%)
