Profil Pasien Mikosis Paru Yang Berobat Di Poli Paru Rsud Arifin Achmad Tahun 2019
Pulmonary mycosis is a disease characterized by increased pulmonary sensitivity
due to infection and fungal colonization. The cause of increased growth of the
pulmonary fungus is often associated with the consumption of drugs such as
corticosteroids, antibiotics, and immunosuppressive drugs such as cytostatics. The
high human mobilization causes the incidence of pulmonary mycosis to increase.
This study aims to determine the profile of pulmonary mycosis patients who are
treated at the pulmonary clinic of Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province in 2019.
This study uses a retrospective descriptive method. Based on the results of the
study, there were 53 pulmonary mycosis respondents who conducted culture
examinations. The results showed that patients with pulmonary mycosis who
treated at the Lung Polyclinic at Arifin Achmad Hospital Riau Province in 2019
were 36-45 years old, namely 15 people (28.3%), the most sex was male 38
people (71.7% ), coughing up blood was the most common symptom, namely 36
people (67.9%), the results of the sputum culture examination stated that former
tuberculosis was the most common cause, namely 28 people (53.0%), and
infection due to tuberculosis, namely 5 people (9.4 %), most professions are selfemployed,
namely, 26 people (49.1%), the results of culture examinations showed
the species causing infection, namely Aspergillus as many as 26 people (49.0%),
and the use of azole drugs being the largest choice for pulmonary mycosis therapy
namely Itraconazole 21 people (37.9%).
